Healthy Options to start in daily routine

Welcome to my second Blog,

here I would share my personal experience about maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

There are several points to keep in mind and they may differ for different people according to their interests and needs.

Most important points to start a healthy lifestyle are:

1. Getting up early in the morning and giving yourself five to ten minutes of Peace. Only you by yourself, mostly people start their morning with days To Do List or other routine things like brushing teeth, taking a bath, getting ready for office or preparing breakfast.

2. We should start the day with five to ten minutes of silence, don't start thinking about what you have to do today, where you have to go ? etc. Think about you, your inner being, feel thankful to God, see nature, feel the fresh air, just meditate or offer a prayer.

3, Keep your mind calm, this five minutes of silence will give you inner strength, peace of mind, to make your day.

4. Next is develop habit of reading Motivational Books, you can buy online, or many are available at Bus Stops with vendors, they sometimes offer you Motivational Books at much lesser price.

5. Role of Exercise can not be ignored. It is mandatory because of Sedentary Lifestyle now a days.

6. Going for a walk also helps , make sure you do brisk walk for minimum 40 min. Less than that would not start the fat burning process.

7. Taking regular Health Supplements is need of the Hour. Make sure you select carefully, Three basic essentials are Ganoderma, Omega3 and Ashwagandha. Ganoderma is for detoxifying our body, improving immunity, Omega3 is good for heart, joint health, and nerves,
And Ashwagandha is required for sufficient energy level all day long.

8. Healthy Breakfast is a key factor for all day energy and we should not skip breakfast. There are many healthy options here I would recommend Oatmeal with mix seeds, Peanut Butter, Corn Flakes, fresh juices, Use variety of fruits as per season.

9. In Lunch  you can have what you like and Dinner should be light and we should take dinner within One hour after sunset, Or 2 hours before going to Bed.
