Hello friends! today I'm writing about total fitness, overall health, and when we talk about overall health we can't ignore strong immunity. Immunity is an indispensable part of our body, without immunity we can't achieve good health.
Everyone wants to look younger, healthier and stronger. So, here I would mention some useful tips for achieving a healthy body and sound mind.
1. Firstly, start taking care of the diet, throughout the day we have to select carefully what we drink and eat. Be careful all day what we eat and drink, avoid aerated drinks, excess fat, trans fat, carbs intake as per body requirement.
2. Drink plenty of water minimum 8-10 glasses of normal water, not refrigerated.
3. Take exercise every morning for about one-hour minimum, or brisk walk for 40 min. at least because the body starts warming up only after 20 min. and the next 20 min are required for starting the fat burn process. The exercise is done after 40 min is really crucial.
4. After the exercise or walk, allow the body to cool and let the body temperature come down to normal. Never take a bath immediately after exercise.
5. Eat plenty of seasonal fruits, take fresh juice and salad.
6. Avoid heavy meals at the dinner.
7. We should take dinner between 8-9 pm.
8. if late it is better to avoid dinner and take only a glass of warm milk. Sometimes, we can add a teaspoon of turmeric in the milk and take it in lukewarm milk half an hour before going to bed.
9. Use essential health supplements such as :
Omega3 ( for healthy skin, joints, heart, healthy nerves)
Grapeseed Extract ( for healthy brain functions)
Ganoderma ( The wonder Mushroom)
Ashwagandha ( for all-day energy, hormone balance)

These health supplements are a must because we are not getting a sufficient amount of nutrients from the daily diet.
